Answer: We carry 6” (50 light), 7.5” (100 light), and 10” (150 light) spheres in both LED and incandescent options.Click here for size reference.
Question: Can the spheres be connected to one another?
Answer: Yes, the spheres come equipped with stackable male plugs to be connected.
Question: Is there a way to troubleshoot if half the sphere does not light up?

Question: Do you carry twinkling starlight spheres?
Answer: Yes we do, at the current time we only carry the twinkling spheres in our Clear incandescent or LED warm white or pure white . Please Click here to be directed to these options.
Question: What is the warranty for the Starlight Spheres?
Answer: Our incandescent spheres carry a 2 season warranty on them or if used as a permanent fixture a 1 year warranty. Our LED spheres have a 3 season warranty.
Question: What is the bulb life for this product?
Answer: The incandescent spheres have a 3,000 hour bulb life, our LED spheres have a 40,000 hour bulb life
Question: Does this product come with a spare fuse?
Answer: This product comes equipped with a fused plug. You will locate the fuses inside the male plug, one of these is the extra. There is a small window that slides open to reveal them if they do need to be checked or changed. Question: Do you carry replacement bulbs for the Starlight Spheres?
Answer: Unfortunately, our company does not sell the replacement bulbs for the incandescent spheres. They do come equipped with two spare bulbs if needed. We do know that customers have had luck finding replacement bulbs on Amazon. Our LED spheres have non-removable bulbs so they can not be replaced.
Question: Are the spheres dimmable?
Answer: The spheres are capable of dimming, however it will not be a complete 100% lit to 0%.
Question: How long is the power cord?
Answer: The spheres come equipped with 12’ power cord.
Question: Does the color fade after time?
Answer: The spheres can fad in color over time. Some colors are more prone to fading than others, especially if in direct sunlight, with incandescent lights they do fade in color over time and with that they will lose the color of the bulb . With the LED spheres though, if the color on the plastic stars fades the lights will still light up the color of the sphere.
