TUFFCLIPS patented C9 FLEX CLIP allows installers to slide the clip over the bulb when the bulb is already installed in the socket. This allows you to pre bulb your strings prior to installation and eliminates the need to remove bulbs from pre-bulbed strings. It has a 360-degree rotating fastener which eliminates the hassle of power direction during installation. The durable hinge allows the clip to attach to shingles as well as gutters.
